How do I create my own Vultra account?

How can I use Vultra for more than 1 Instagram account?

In order to use Vultra for more than one account you will need to purchase more subscriptions/plans.

1 subscription/plan is used for only 1 Instagram account.

What is involved in the sign-up process?

  1. Select a plan and input your payment information
  2. Fill-out our guided form about your targeting
  3. Relax and watch your account grow

What do I do after completing the purchase?

Once the purchase has been completed successfully please fill out our guided form.

A new menu title should appear on the top right, next to the “Home” menu button.

What are the fees involved?

There are no extra hidden fees. Every month (30 days) we will automatically bill you with the price of the plan that you have selected + TAX/GST/VAT/IVA if it is applicable in your country.

Do I need to link my bank account in order to use it?

You do not need to link your bank account, however a form of payment needs to be provided. You may choose to pay through:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • PayPal (coming soon)

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day free trial, so you can assess the suitability of our services for your requirements.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds once you have signed up for a paid plan and your credit card has been charged.

How do I manage my account?

If you would like to change some details regarding your account including address, email, etc please access the admin area by clicking on the “My Account” menu title at the top right.

How can I change plan?

To change your plan please click on My account –> Subscriptions –> View –> Upgrade or Downgrade

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your plan please click on My account –> Subscriptions –> View –> Cancel

I would like to change my Instagram username or password, what should I do?

This is very important. In order for us to be able to access your account we will need your new username or password.

Please send us your new username or password by using the form on our Contact page.

Troubleshooting

I have started the 7-day trial, but nothing is happening?

It can take our team up to 24 hours to assess your account, assess your market and to correctly setup and begin our services.

Why has my account been prohibited from following/liking/commenting/messaging?

I received an email from Instagram stating that someone has been trying to access my account

If you receive an email from Instagram, stating that someone was trying to access your account, please send us the code provided in the email.

Without this code we will not able fulfill our services.
